Cologne to Gibraltar – day 26

I am tired of more than 5 hrs riding. And flashed about the ride itself! The nature, the roads, the fresh air and the perfect weather for riding.

Out of the Sierra Nevada, what took me almost 2 hrs. Say good bye with a stunning view.

Passing by the city of Motrin, the short but not so nice part of the trip. Right after Motrin, up in the mountains again. The A 4050 is a great road. It leads trough small villages and beautiful mountains.

Crossed the Sierras of Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama Natural Park what was absolutely stunning.

Out of the mountains the scenery and the ride where great as well.

And arrived – as another highlight – at the Embaise de los Bermejales reservoir surrounded by pines and cypresses. What a smell there. The wood…hmmmm like perfume.

Another great day in this awesome country named Spain. Met super friendly people, had a great chat, delicious cortado and food. A perfect day!! Not worth to complain about some clouds here and there.
